the show at the bang bang club went well, despite my memory man overheating & dying due to inadequate power.
luckily, dean from secret shine lent me his delay, and i made it through the show.
the club is located in the very center of the east side of berlin, near the alexanderplatz, train tracks running overhead.
we could faintly hear the train during our set.
the area has loads of shops: the usual suspects h&m & ben sherman along with berliner boutiques.
our apartment is right next to a beautiful park in the middle of the mitte.
there is a playground right outside our front door.
the neighborhood is a mixture of young parents and asymmetrical haircuts.
everyone in berlin has been beyond polite.
even when driving terribly and stopping traffic, no one honked and everyone allowed me to take my time.
the show at hans wurst vegan diner was great, as well.
the owner Michal was wonderful, and a great host.
